Data Integration Case Study
Data Integration Case Study - A corporate customer of Wells Fargo may have hundreds of deposit accounts, loans, and other financial products and work with dozens of different people at WFB. Over time these customers grow and change and can even combine or split apart. Wells Fargo needed a way to make sure that information assets, associated with customers were not lost when customers changed structure. Wells Fargo built a robust auditing process which maps “parent” system id numbers to “child” system id numbers so that datasets from different time periods can be compared to each other correctly and information assets would be preserved.
