Ken Hoang founded Siperian in April of 2001. Under his leadership, Siperian has emerged as a market leader in the Customer Data Integration and Master Data Management space. As CTO of Siperian, Mr. Hoang is responsible for guiding the company's vision of delivering superior customer data integration and master data management solutions.

Prior to founding Siperian, Mr. Hoang drove the vision and strategy for web technologies as Vice President of Engineering at eGain Communications, a provider of Enterprise Interaction Management (EIM) software. Prior to eGain, he was the VP of Engineering at Inference Corporation. Mr. Hoang’s strong track record of developing new technologies in emerging spaces led him to found and lead three successful technology companies including Verix Software, Summit Interactive and Skunk Technologies.
