Many IT organizations are trying to develop a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) strategy to guide the roadmap of their existing IT environments. Simultaneously, organizations of all sizes are rapidly adopting SaaS (Software as a Service) and PaaS (Platform as a Service) solutions to achieve greater agility and faster time to value. How do these two industry disrupters come together? Are they complementary? How does SaaS change the game for SOA enterprise strategies? This session covers the opportunities and best practices for utilizing SaaS, PaaS and SOA initiatives to improve the integration of enterprise processes and data, speed of deployment, and the technical agility of enterprise environments.
