Membership Cost:

Individual Membership: $65.00 per year
Corporate Membership: $200.00 per year

Same benefits as for Individuals but extended to your entire company!

Note, the initial fee for new memberships will vary, depending on the month. Those joining in November and December will pay the full amount but that amount will include the dues for the following year. The prorated fees are:

How The Application Process Works:

Complete the Membership Application Form below.
Be sure to specify the following mandatory fields * :

Membership Status (New Membership or Renewal)
Membership Type (Individual or Corporate)
Payment Type
Your Name (First and Last)
Your Company/Organization Name (Required only for Corporate Memberships)
Your Email Address

Your Application will be emailed to the SF-DAMA Membership Director
Your Application will also be emailed to you as confirmation
Credit Card Payments go through PayPal
If you select Payment Type of "Check":
- Your confirmation email will provide the necessary instructions
- Make your check (or money order) payable to "DAMA" and mail to:
  - DAMA - S.F. Bay Area Chapter
  - 268 Bush St. Suite 2523
  - San Francisco, CA 94104
If you select Payment Type of "PayPal":
- You can Pay By Credit Card online from a secure PayPal Web Page
- PayPal Membership Is Not Required to purchase your SF-DAMA Membership
- The application process below will take you to PayPal to complete the payment process
- You will receive a confirmation receipt from PayPal
If you select Membership Type of "Corporate":
- The application Member Information Section is for the Primary Corporate Contact
- You can designate, or update, up to nine additional Associate Corporate Contacts
- For more than nine Associate Contacts, send an email to the SF-DAMA Membership Director
For a membership payment receipt from SF-DAMA, check the option at the bottom
